Next week, I have the honour of standing as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneur Awards 2024, under the Maker & Creator Entrepreneur of the Year category. This esteemed recognition celebrates my dedication to innovation and craftsmanship within my industry, and I am truly honoured and super excited to be acknowledged among the United Kingdom's leading entrepreneurs!!!

Every entrepreneurial journey begins somewhere, and mine was influenced by my father. Growing up, I watched him build his own business from the ground up, navigating challenges with unwavering commitment to his goals. As a duct-fitter and self-taught engineer, his perfectionism propelled his business to be ranked as the tenth best in Norway.

As I stand as a finalist in the Great British Entrepreneurial Award, I am reflecting on the fundamental experiences my father gave me. His influence was subtle yet philosophical, encouraging me to forge my own path and pursue my passions with dedication and integrity. He did not map out my journey, but instead championed my efforts and celebrated my successes. His belief in me inspired me to take risks and embrace the uncertainty that comes with innovation.
