an inspirational talk supported by Big Idea Wales
It is always a delight to be invited to share my story and last week I had the pleasure to meet pupils at Pentrehafod School for their Raising Aspirations Day.
Having recently become a role model at Big Idea Wales I were invited to share some of my own life experiences and entrepreneurial journey to our future generation. And by sharing some of my own story about Never Giving Up, nothing excites me more than inspire the younger generation in becoming confident, ambitious, enterprising, and creative individuals, who in the future will be ethically informed citizens and good members of the society.
Today, there is a myriad of knowledge that must be learned, an abundance of information that must be filtered through critical thinking and a huge range of opportunities in jobs and career choices. It is therefore extra important that the school and society provide young people with creative problem-solving skills, empathy, and a sustainable mindset as important pillars for their future development and life choices. These interdisciplinary areas are something I emphasize both in my own art production and when it comes to teaching or delivery of various projects for business purposes, and I hope that last weeks inspirational talk will be remembered and motivational for the pupils the day they start their own entrepreneurial journey.
